Over the past four years, BML-Blackbird has developed a strong working relationship with the International Rescue Committee (IRC). We have produced multiple successful events for IRC, including the annual GenR Summer Party for the past four years and the IRC’s Freedom Awards for the past two.
Throughout the years of events, we have provided professional production, staging, event management, lighting and audio visual services in NYC venues including David Burke Kitchen and the Waldorf Astoria. IRC has found us to be so dependable that they rely on our experienced Production Managers for the Freedom Awards (despite the venue already having an in-house production company). We coordinate with the in-house crew to ensure safe and adequate equipment and assist with stage management on the day of the event.
IRC has worked with BML-Blackbird so many times because they trust us to make sure that the job is completed in a manner that meets their high expectations, which we have done ime and time again.
