Lighting Director Jason Hartwyk brought BML-Blackbird on for the Oxford-born indie rock band, Glass Animals, nationwide US Tour in September and October 2015. We provided the unique lighting equipment specified for the band to help accentuate their electronic musicality and bring their laid-back, psychedelic-influenced stage vibe to life. This lighting rental in NYC and more travelled across the county with the band to a large variety of venues.
When designing the lighting, Hartwyk drew upon his long term relationship with BML-Blackbird, knowing we could provide the equipment to carry out his vision. Our equipment has traveled with the band to such well-known spots such as The House of Blues in Boston, Terminal 5 in New York, the Austin City Limits Music Festival and the Riviera Theater in Chicago.
